Railway Upgrade Plan

The Minister of Digital Development and Communications of Myanmar reported on the progress of railway modernization on site. Myanmar is promoting the transformation of internal combustion trains into battery electric multiple units, and related models have been put into operation on the Bago to Toungou and Toungou to Naypyidaw lines. The plan is to promote them to the Mandalay Main Line in Yangon in the future. Min Ang Lai requested to strengthen the research and development of local locomotives, do a good job in line maintenance, improve the quality of passenger services, and at the same time plan the Yangon subway and build cross line overpasses to ensure traffic safety. Chinese enterprises participate in the renovation
