Clarify the location and direction of the project

The starting point of this project is located on the north side of Dongyuan Village, Chenwu Township, Luoning County, Luoyang City, and it intersects and connects with the Luolu Expressway; The endpoint is located on the east side of Dongcun, Jiuxian Town, Song County, connecting to the Luoluan Expressway. The entire route is 44.332 kilometers long and is located within the jurisdiction of Luoyang City, Henan Province.

Elaborate on the points along the route

The project plans to construct the Shenshenzhai hub interchange, while reserving space for the construction of new service-oriented interchanges. The route extends southward to the west side of Gugui Village, turns southeast at Xiawa Village, passes through the west side of Chenwumiao Village, and sets up the Lingdong Tunnel to pass through the mountain. Then it crosses the Sishang River and Shenshen Road, enters the Henan Xiong'er Mountain Provincial Nature Reserve from the east side of Shenshen Village Scenic Area, and completes the mountain crossing through the Xiong'er Mountain Tunnel.

The route continues to extend southward, passing through the south side of Liziyuan Village in Deting Town, and supporting the construction of Tianchishan Open Service Area on the north side of Longfo Reservoir; A super large bridge is erected on the west side of Foquansi Village to cross the Zuoyu River, passing through Longwang Temple, Zhangwan Village, and the west side of Nantai Village in sequence. It intersects with the synchronously constructed Yongling Expressway from Ruzhou to Songxian on the west side of Xiaogungou Village, and sets up the Deting Hub interchange. After passing through the west side of Lijiazhuang, the route turns southwest and crosses the Dazhang River on the east side of Yangpo Village. The Huaishuping Tunnel is set up on the west side of Huaishuping Village and crosses the Xiaozhang River on the west side of Yaoshang Village; Continuing southward through the west side of Tangzigou, passing under National Highway 344 on the east side of Guojia Village, reserving conditions for the construction of Dazhang Interchange, and finally reaching the east side of Zhendong Village in Jiuxian County, connecting with Luoluan Expressway, setting up the Songluan Hub Interchange, and completing the final layout of the entire line.

Publish construction technical standards

The main line of the project is constructed according to the standard of a two-way four lane expressway, with a designed driving speed of 100 kilometers per hour and an overall roadbed width of 26 meters. The main line does not include the interchange area, and 29 new bridges with a total length of 8610.75 meters will be built, including 1 1227 meter bridge, 26 7253.75 meter bridges, 2 130 meter medium bridges, and 56 supporting culverts will be constructed along the entire line.
