Thirteen years of deep cultivation, finally knocking on the door to the top developers in Southeast Asia. When Chinese wind turbines first entered the WEH supplier system, the first collaboration between Goldwind Technology and Thailand's benchmark new energy enterprise not only rewrote the competitive landscape of local wind power equipment, but also confirmed the sustained penetration of domestic low wind speed technology into regional markets.

Recently, Goldwind Technology signed a contract with Thai new energy company Wind Energy Holding for the supply and installation of wind turbines for the DKT1 wind power project. This is the first time that two companies have joined hands, and it also marks the first time that Chinese wind turbine manufacturers have entered the WEH supplier system. The total installed capacity of DKT1 wind power project is 89.7 MW, with 23 GWH182-3.9MW wind turbines deployed, paired with a 156 meter hybrid tower. Considering the low wind speed conditions in Thailand, the project relies on high towers and low wind speed models to enhance its wind energy capture capability.
Deeply cultivating the Thai market for many years
Goldwind Technology has been laying out in the Thai market for 13 years, with its first local project put into operation in 2013 and an average equipment utilization rate of over 99% for ongoing projects. Since 2025, all new wind power orders in Thailand have been won by Goldwind Technology. DKT1 is a newly developed wind power project by WEH in the past decade, which has helped the company steadily approach its 2 GW installation target after being put into operation. Release multiple value effects
The project can reduce approximately 120000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually, helping Thailand achieve its development goals of 51% renewable energy by 2037 and carbon neutrality by 2050.
