From the coast of Bohai Sea to the banks of the Mekong River, an invisible channel for Chinese enterprises to go out to sea has quietly been built. Taida Cross border Overseas Thailand Workstation is located in the core business district of Bangkok, providing integrated services including compliance, logistics, factory construction, and agency operation, connecting the entire investment chain to Thailand, and becoming a strategic springboard for Chinese enterprises to deeply cultivate ASEAN under the RCEP framework.

Site positioning and advantages

Teda Cross border Overseas Thailand Workstation has landed in the core business district of Bangkok, serving as a core service hub for Southeast Asia. Based on the qualifications of the Economic Development Zone and WIFFA platform, we will collaborate with Thai government and business resources to provide one-stop local services for Chinese enterprises traveling to Thailand.

The project is operated by Tianjin Shengyuan Yujia, which is linked with two major offshore service carriers. It is an important economic and trade service carrier under the framework of RCEP and EEC. It belongs to the the Belt and Road China Thailand production capacity cooperation practice, and can enjoy a number of policy support from China and Thailand. Thailand has superior geographical conditions, complete sea, land, and air transportation, obvious labor cost advantages, and a strong foundation in the automotive, electronics, and digital economy industries. The EEC and BOI policies provide tax reductions and guarantees for foreign investment rights, combined with the RCEP tariff dividend, making investment attractive.

The workstation builds an integrated service model of compliance+industry landing+cross-border logistics+agency operation, integrating local law firms, customs teams, port logistics, government associations and other resources, and has complete overseas supporting capabilities.
