The Middle East energy market continues to expand, and domestic high-end energy pipes are entering a new stage of going global. Dalipal Holdings has successfully signed a contract with a large intelligent manufacturing base in Saudi Arabia, with localized production capacity layout, breaking away from traditional product export models, and building a solid foundation for global development.

Landing in Saudi Arabia's intelligent manufacturing base
On August 24, 2026, Dalipal Holdings, a Hong Kong listed company, signed a land use agreement with King Salman Energy City, officially landing the Dammam Intelligent Manufacturing Base project in Saudi Arabia. The first phase of the project has an investment of 600 million US dollars, covering an area of 1.03 million square meters with a lease term of 25 years. The designed annual production capacity is 300000 tons, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2028, marking the official implementation of the company's globalization strategy. The project adopts Egyptian pound settlement, which is an important benchmark for deep cooperation in the energy industry between China and Saudi Arabia.

Steadily consolidating overseas markets
Dalipal Holdings' layout in the Middle East follows a gradual development path. In May 2026, it obtained unconditional supplier qualification from Saudi Aramco and won an order of 49000 tons from Kuwait Oil Company, a year-on-year increase of 3.6 times. Subsequently, it received an additional order of 10000 tons from Egypt General Oil Company, a year-on-year increase of over 43%. With strong product capabilities, the enterprise has gradually opened up high-end energy procurement channels in multiple Middle Eastern countries, and its market recognition continues to increase. Unlock a brand new development track
The landing of this base has achieved an upgrade of the enterprise's overseas model, shifting from exporting a single product to comprehensive output of production capacity, technology, and management. The synchronized layout of hydrogen pipe production capacity in the base is in line with the trend of hydrogen energy development in the Middle East, and can radiate to the markets in the Middle East and North Africa regions. At the same time, relying on the policy dividends of Saudi Arabia's 2030 vision, we will build a two-way backup production capacity system at home and abroad, effectively hedge supply chain risks, and provide a mature and replicable development path for domestic energy equipment enterprises to go global.Editor/Min Jing
