Türkiye's President's Office Communication Bureau said that Türkiye's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan went to Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, to attend the SCO Summit from August 31 to September 1.

Burhanedin Duran, director of Türkiye's presidential communication bureau, said on Türkiye's social platform NSosyal that Erdogan's visit was at the invitation of Kyrgyz President Sadr Zaparov.

Duran added that during the visit, Erdogan will speak at the expanded summit plenary session and hold a bilateral meeting with leaders of participating countries on Tuesday.

In addition to Erdogan, Chinese President, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Iranian President Masood Pezekijan, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, and other member states' heads of state are expected to gather in the capital of Kyrgyzstan on Monday to attend the two-day SCO summit.Kremlin spokesman Yuri Ushakov revealed that Putin will also hold bilateral talks with leaders from multiple countries, including Peshikiyan.Editor/Min Jing
