Beijing has signed a contract for a mining operation and maintenance project in Nigeria, and the two companies have joined forces to complement each other's channels and technological capabilities, deeply cultivating the African mining service market. The significant growth of overseas mining operation and maintenance business marks a shift from project delivery to long-term comprehensive services for domestic infrastructure going global.

Collaborative expansion of the city

Both parties in this contract are CBMI system enterprises. CBMI is rooted in the Nigerian market and maintains long-term cooperation with the local BUA group, with a mature territorial operation system. Yanzhou Zhongcai has a profound experience in mine operation and maintenance. Previously, it participated in the mining production guarantee work of the EDO project in Nigeria. This is a precise match between channel capability and execution capability, and an important practice to implement the two foreign strategies and help the group upgrade its overseas business in the 15th Five Year Plan.

Track Power Storage

The newly signed overseas contracts for mining operation and maintenance business amounted to 1.096 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of over 210%. The overseas mining operation and maintenance revenue was 122 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of over 130%. As of the end of June 2026, the company is executing a total of 319 mining operation and maintenance projects, including 24 overseas projects, an increase of 6 from the end of 2025. The mining operation and maintenance cycle is long and the cash flow is stable, which is different from one-time mining projects.
