Fergana Oblast in Central Asia welcomes a new group of Chinese businessmen, with the local governor and representatives from three domestic enterprises sitting together to exchange ideas on the manufacturing, infrastructure, and petrochemical tracks. All parties present their own technical strength and project ideas, hoping to find the right point of convergence and transform the possibility of industrial cooperation into tangible opportunities for implementation.

Enterprise strength debut

At the meeting, three Chinese companies showcased their industrial accumulation one by one. Zhicheng Non woven Fabric brings mature production technology for medical and health non-woven fabrics, Sanzheng International has the production capacity for asphalt concrete mixtures and road building materials, and Sora Energy promotes petrochemical related businesses such as fuel improvement special additives. All three companies are interested in implementing new projects in Fergana and have submitted cooperation plans, outlining project ideas and development prospects. Local Governor Bozorov stated that Fergana has the supporting conditions to undertake foreign investment and promote project construction, and is willing to provide support for foreign investors. Expanding the industrial landscape

In recent years, multiple large-scale Chinese funded projects have landed in Fergana. This negotiation further expands cooperation to industrial materials, road infrastructure, and high value-added petrochemical sectors. If the project is successfully implemented, it can supplement the local manufacturing and infrastructure industry chain and expand local industrial investment sources. At present, all cooperation is still in the early stage of plan communication, and the investment amount, construction location, production capacity, and implementation schedule have not been announced to the public. Both parties have reached a consensus and will continue to promote project docking in the future. The state government will provide supporting support and explore the development potential of the Central Asian market in both directions.Editor/Min Jing
