On September 15, 2026, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun presided over a regular press conference and announced that Brazilian President's Chief Special Advisor Amorim will visit China from September 16 to 17. Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the Office of the Central Foreign Affairs Commission, will hold a meeting with Amorim.

China and Pakistan are both developing countries. Based on this meeting, both sides will implement the consensus reached by the two heads of state, deepen communication and coordination in areas such as economy, trade, and multilateral affairs, continue to promote the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Pakistan, exchange views on issues such as global southern cooperation, and promote steady progress in bilateral pragmatic cooperation.Editor/Min Jing
