Agreement implementation promotes cooperation

On September 21, 2026, CEEC signed a deepening strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Qinghai Province. Liu Tao, Vice Governor of Qinghai Province, and Liao Jiasheng, Chairman of CEEC, signed the contract on behalf of both parties. They also witnessed the signing of the contract between the Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment and Big Data Company on site. Cao Huabin, Deputy General Manager of the Group, presided over the signing ceremony. This signing implements the spirit of the previous conference on promoting high-quality development in Qinghai by state-owned enterprises and central enterprises, laying the foundation for deep cooperation between the two sides during the 15th Five Year Plan period.
