On September 22, 206, the Embassy in Zambia held a reception to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. About 400 friends from all walks of life in China and Zambia attended.

 China is willing to work with Zambia to jointly implement the important consensus reached by the two heads of state and the outcomes of the Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation, carry forward the spirit of the Tazara railway, deepen people to people ties, and promote more new achievements in China Zambia relations.

Zan's guest of honor, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of National Defense Hamawendu, stated that Zan cherishes the friendly relations between Zan and China.
