On October 9, 2026, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Chicheng County issued a public notice for the bidding and auction of state-owned land use rights, and Chicheng Weiwei Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd. successfully won 87 acres of construction land in the western area of Chicheng Development Zone, becoming the fourth computing power enterprise to complete land acquisition in Chicheng.

The total planned investment for this project is 50 billion yuan, and it will be promoted in three phases. The core adopts a collaborative model of green electricity direct connection energy storage and intelligent computing center, with local wind and solar green electricity as the energy base, energy storage system as the regulating hub, and intelligent computing center as the computing power carrier. Through the microgrid in the park, green electricity will be consumed locally, solving the pain points of high energy consumption in the computing power industry from the root, and creating a benchmark project for zero carbon artificial intelligent computing center in Chicheng and Beijing.

The accelerated manifestation of industrial cluster effects

Prior to this, three computing power enterprises, Zhongshu Zhengtong, Bodaoyong Data, and Tuoyang Zhihua, had successively completed land acquisition layout in Chicheng. The total land acquisition area of the four enterprises reached 242 acres, further opening up the land reserve space for computing power projects in the county.
