China Construction Third Engineering Bureau adopts integrated construction, allowing high proportion green electricity and millisecond level networks to intersect here, transforming clean energy from grasslands into green computing power to support the digital future of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.

Recently, the B25 and B27 expansion projects of China Mobile Hohhot Intelligent Computing Center, undertaken by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, have been completed. The implementation of this project has added a key pivot for both Eastern and Western calculations. The project is located in Helingeer New District, with a building area of 44500 square meters and a total IT power of 120MW. It includes civil engineering and mechanical and electrical general contracting projects for two computer room buildings. 120MW IT total power ranks among the top tier in the industry. The integrated mode of civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering ensures the quality of the project and facilitates the rapid deployment and subsequent expansion of computing equipment.

Efficient transmission of low-carbon computing power

In the high computing power scenario of AI, heat dissipation is the core of energy consumption control. The large-scale application of cold plate liquid cooling technology in the project reduces refrigeration energy consumption, improves cabinet computing power density, and meets the energy efficiency requirements of the hub. Relying on Inner Mongolia's wind and solar resources, the project's green power accounts for 88%, supporting the computing power demand in the east with western power and helping data centers reduce carbon emissions.

As the core hub of East Digital West Computing, the park has a total computing power of 20100P and an intelligent computing scale of 16700P. With the help of a 400G backbone network, the latency from Hohhot to Beijing is only 3.5ms, and 90% of the computing power can serve the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. The supply of computing power in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is tight, and the Hulunbuir Grassland Cloud Valley leverages the cost advantage of green electricity to fill the gap in the eastern region and promote the coordinated allocation of computing power nationwide.
