Wang Yi congratulated Vice Premier Plev on the successful visit to China not long ago, stating that the current period is an important opportunity for the development of China Bulgaria relations. Both sides should move towards each other and use more pragmatic cooperation to support their respective development and revitalization. China is willing to expand pragmatic cooperation with Bulgaria in the fields of finance, investment, and other areas. Wang Yi stated that Bulgaria has a unique geographical location and can serve as an important link between Asia and Europe.
