Recently, the China Central Asia Five Countries International Forum on Technical Standards for Transportation Infrastructure Engineering was held in Xi'an, Shaanxi. The forum is hosted by the Secretariat of the China Central Asia Five Countries Transportation Infrastructure Talent Training Alliance and organized by Chang'an University. Chinese and foreign guests such as Shi Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Chang'an University, and Adiliet Kudaibiergnov, Deputy Secretary General of the China Central Asia Mechanism, attended and delivered speeches.

In the special report, Liu Jiaping, an academician of the CAE Member, together with experts at home and abroad, carried out discussions on green and low-carbon construction, road engineering technology, standard system construction, talent training and other topics. The seminar covers the entire chain of theoretical research, engineering implementation, standard formulation, and promotion, showcasing the latest achievements in the field of transportation engineering standards from both sides, providing reference for mutual recognition of standards and regional interconnection. Building a long-term platform

At the same time as the forum, a signing event was held, and Chang'an University and China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau signed a cooperation agreement on overseas talent cultivation. The cooperation on overseas talent cultivation between the two sides has officially landed, helping China's transportation standards and enterprises go global. Since its establishment in 2023, the talent alliance has held four consecutive international forums with the same theme, forming a stable exchange mechanism.
