Construction of the shopping center construction project in Mount Kenya has begun. This multifunctional urban development project called "Praise Mall" is located along the Meru-Embu-Nairobi highway and covers an area of 0.4 hectares.

The project was developed by the Jesus House of Praise Church, with a total investment of more than 42 million US dollars. The contractor is Jiangxi Jingtai Hydropower Construction Co., Ltd.

The scope of the project includes the construction of a 30-story building with 2 floors underground, construction of driveways, sidewalks and parking lots, installation and development of utilities (water, drainage, electricity, sanitation and safety systems, IT systems and security), and on-site beautification/beautification. The entire project is expected to take 3 years to complete.

Boost the economy

The project will pay taxes to the government by using locally available materials such as building stone, iron plates, wood, bricks, paint, cables, water storage equipment, water pipes, steel, glass, fence posts, sand, cement, fuel, etc. To promote the local economy.

In addition, the construction and operation of the project is expected to provide employment opportunities for unskilled workers, temporary workers, semi-skilled and regular employees in construction and construction, hospitality, health, agriculture and other sectors of the economy.
