At the signing ceremony, Liu Qiang, general manager and deputy party secretary of Huadian Hubei Power Generation Co., Ltd., introduced the basic situation of the company and the proposed investment project. The company’s party committee secretary and chairman Zhang Ming said that building a new energy base in Xishui meets the needs of the national energy strategy and is also the company’s top priority in the 14th Five-Year Plan. He is willing to take advantage of the company’s six major advantages in assets, manpower, technology, resources, and policies. Land, implement, and detail, do our best to do a good job in project construction, and develop together with Xishui to create brilliance.

Xishui County Party Committee Secretary Huang Qiangyin delivered a speech at the signing ceremony. He introduced Xishui County’s plans for the construction of high-tech zones, high-speed rail new zones, airport economic zones, and Lingang economic zones during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period.
