This project is located at the intersection of the four districts of Hedong, Hexi, Dongli and Jinnan in Tianjin. It is the last 5 kilometers of the upper reaches of the Haihe River and the only large area of land to be developed within the outer ring of Tianjin. The cooperation area is about 6.4 square kilometers. The core area of "Capital City" and a new highland for digital design. In the future, a design industry concentration area with industrial design, engineering design, professional design and marine design as the leading industries will be developed. The cooperation content includes design industry supporting facilities, new infrastructure smart cities, and municipal infrastructure. , Public service facilities and five types of green ecological facilities. This project is the first large-scale urban comprehensive development PPP project included in the Tianjin municipal finance. It is an important achievement of the implementation of the strategic cooperation between China Communications Group and Tianjin.
