The total investment of the project is about 13.336 billion yuan, adopting the "PPP+EPC+feasibility gap subsidy" model, with a construction period of 4 years and an operation period of 30 years.

The project starts from Mengjiang Town, Teng County, Wuzhou City, Guangxi, and connects with Liuwu Expressway, and ends in Nuodong Town, Cenxi City, and connects with Cenwu Expressway. The total length of the project is about 75 kilometers. The main line adopts the two-way 4-lane expressway standard with secondary trunk function, and the design speed is 100 to 120 kilometers per hour; the interconnection line adopts the main distribution function two-lane class 2 highway standard, and the design speed is 40 kilometers per hour. The main construction content includes roadbed engineering, pavement engineering, bridges, tunnels, intercommunication, etc.
