Chen Xiaohua, male, was born in August 1974. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1995 and started working in July 1996. He has a master's degree and is a professor-level senior engineer.

He is currently chairman and general manager of China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd., secretary and chairman of the Party Committee of China Gezhouba Group Co., Ltd., vice president of China Foreign Engineering Contractors Association, and member of China Young Entrepreneurs Association.

Before joining China Energy Construction Co., Ltd., Mr. Yu’s main work experience included: from February 1993 to August 1998, he served as the deputy director and director of Shandong Weifang Electric Power Bureau; from August 1998 to March 2001, Served as the president of Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute; from March 2001 to June 2003, he served as the deputy general manager and general manager of China Power Construction Engineering Consulting China Energy Construction Co., Ltd.; from June 2003 to November 2011, Served as the deputy general manager of China Power Engineering and the deputy dean of the General Electric Power Planning and Design Institute; from August 2011 to July 2015, served as the deputy general manager of China Energy Construction Group.

Mr. Yu graduated from Shandong Institute of Technology with a bachelor's degree in power system and automation in July 1982, and graduated from Tsinghua University with a doctorate in electrical engineering in July 2007. Mr. Yu obtained the professor-level senior engineer qualification awarded by China Power Engineering Co., Ltd. in December 2007.
