Project Overview

The new construction project of the West Second Ring Road (Houtian to Lehua Section) of Nanchang City Ring Expressway starts at the Houtian hub of the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway and connects with the Shanghai-Kunming Expressway. Gang Town, Xishan Town, Shibi Town of Qiaole Township in Anyi County, Dinghu Town of Changbu Town, Dongyang Town, Wanbu Town, Luoting Town of Wanli District of Changjun Township, Xixia Town of Xinjian District, Lehua Town , Finally Nanchang North Hub, along with the East Outer Ring, and Changjiu Expressway forming a'Ten'-shaped cross hub. A total of 13 interoperable seats are set up across the line. Among them are 4 hub interchanges (respectively Houtian hub, Xishan hub, Shibi hub, Nanchang North hub), 9 interchanges (respectively Liuhu, Shigang, Xishanbei, Qiaole, Anyi Ancient Village, Anyi East, Changjun, Luoting and Xixia are interlinked). Set up 1 service area (service area for Anyi Ancient Village). The total length of the route is 86.81 kilometers. The total project estimate is 14.796 billion yuan, and the estimated construction and installation costs are 991.1 million yuan. The main line adopts two-way six-lane highway standard construction; the design speed is 100 km/h, and the subgrade width is 33.5 meters; the vehicle load class adopts highway-I; the design flood frequency: 1/300 for super bridges, 1 for other bridges, culverts and subgrades /100; Navigation level: Luhe VII-2; Beiluhe VII-2; peak ground acceleration is 0.05g; other technical indicators shall be implemented in accordance with current relevant standards and specifications.
