Cooperation model

The tenderee and the city partner shall establish a joint venture company within the actual jurisdiction of Shuangliu District as agreed, and the joint venture company shall be responsible for the specific organization and implementation of this project. The registered capital of the joint venture company is tentatively set at 100 million yuan. All shareholders will make capital contributions in currency. The city partner holds 80% of the shares and the tenderee holds 20% of the shares.
