Jinan Huanggang Road Crossing Yellow Tunnel Project is located in Tianqiao District, Jinan City, the starting area. The total length of the project is about 5.8 kilometers. It mainly includes the construction and warranty of all the contents within the scope of the construction design drawings of the Huanggang Road Crossing Yellow Tunnel in Jinan City and the bill of quantities. The planned construction period is 1350 calendar days, and the construction start date is subject to the construction start order approved by the Employer. The project is divided into 1 lot.

The Huanggang Road Crossing Yellow Tunnel Project starts from the intersection of Lanxiang Middle Road and Lanxiang Road in the south, and goes through the North Second Ring Road, the high embankment of the North Ring Expressway, the embankment on the south bank, the Yellow River, the embankment on the north bank, and the sedimentation pool of Queshan Reservoir. It goes out of the ground in the north and connects with the G309 interchange under construction. Jinan Huanggang Road Crossing Yellow Tunnel Project is to help Jinan's new and old kinetic energy conversion needs.
