It is understood that the Northwest 5G Big Data Industrial Park project of Dr. Peng has a planned total investment of 3.05 billion yuan and a planned area of 175 acres, of which the hardware investment is 1.05 billion yuan, and the supporting servers and equipment are 2 billion yuan. The construction of the project is divided into two parts: First, the construction of a hydrogen energy low-carbon data center, covering an area of 46 acres, with a planned total investment of 1.95 billion yuan, including high-density cabinets suitable for industrial Internet and other industrial purposes, and supporting distributed hydrogen fuel cells. The second is the construction of an industrial park, covering an area of 129 mu, with a planned total investment of 1.1 billion yuan.

The project plans to build one cloud center, two bases, one laboratory, and one exhibition hall, with IDC big data center + industry cloud center as the core, 5G big data industry chain base, and industry-university-research innovation base as the focus, supporting the northwest 5G industry chain Assisted by the application pavilion, it focuses and gathers digital industry clusters such as 5G, Internet of Things, edge computing, cloud computing, industrial Internet, industrial big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain. After the first-phase data center of the project is put into operation, it is estimated that the output value will exceed 800 million yuan, and more than 500 high-end talents will be employed.
