On May 26, 2026, the National Energy Administration hosted the National "Artificial Intelligence+" Energy Field Promotion Conference, which released the first batch of 51 high-value scenarios, covering intelligent generation and evaluation of power grid planning schemes, focusing on long-term pain points in the industry and having the potential for promotion across the entire industry.

This release implements the relevant implementation opinions of the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration, covering eight typical application scenarios: focusing on planning review, scheduling and operation in the power grid field to improve operational efficiency; The new energy industry revolves around virtual power plants and vehicle network interaction, supporting large-scale development; In the field of new energy, diversified data fusion is used to assist in power prediction and market-oriented operation.

At the meeting, the "China's' Artificial Intelligence+'Energy Development Report 2026" was simultaneously released.
