On September 27, 2022, the Zhejiang Public Resource Trading Platform released the tender announcement for the civil construction of the Ruian liaison line of the Yongtaiwen Expressway double-track. The total investment is about 18.934 billion yuan.

Project Overview

The project starts from the double line of Yongtaiwen Expressway, the starting point is K0+000, and the Ruian East compound hub is set up to switch to the Yongtaiwen double line. After that, the route has been going westward using the Ruian East Interconnection Corridor to cross Binhai Avenue and track S2. And access section, Ganggang Avenue, Dongxin Road, Ruian Avenue, Tangxia Avenue. The route goes down through the planned track S3 and then crosses the Wenrui Expressway. Two interchanges and local connections are set up at Binhai Avenue and Wenrui Expressway. After that, the route will pass through the Yundingshan Tunnel and then deviate to the north side and route along the foot of the mountain, avoid the resettlement plots of Vanke Xinghuili Community and Xi'ao Village, and then set up a Ruian composite hub at the intersection of Yongtaiwen Expressway to the west for traffic transfer. Then the route goes west through the Paotoushan Tunnel, down through the Wenzhou-Fuzhou Railway, and after crossing the Feiyun River twice, the Taoshan hub is set up to switch to the southwest line of the Wenzhou Ring. Afterwards, the route turns to the southwest, and a new route is adopted along the southern foot of Taoshan Town from east to west, crossing Jinchao Port, passing through the long tunnel of Bailong Mountain, and finally at Kongyao Village, Huling Town. The interconnection and connection lines communicate with the Ruifeng Line, with a total length of about 37.2km. Simultaneously build the Huling Interconnection Line of about 3km, and restore the ground road under the viaduct for about 7.5km.

The whole line is equipped with 25.961km/21 main bridges; 8.183km/5.5 tunnels; a total of 7 hubs and interconnections, of which 3 hubs are interconnected, namely Ruian East hub, Ruian hub, Taoshan hub, and generally 4 hubs, respectively For Binhai Avenue Interconnection, Wenrui Expressway Interconnection, Yunzhou Interconnection and Huling Interconnection; 1 tunnel management station and 1 management sub-center, 1 maintenance work area, and necessary traffic management rooms and facilities are arranged.

Restoration and construction of the ground road under the viaduct The reconstruction starting point is located at the L-shaped intersection of the existing road K0-403.558 on the east side of Ruian East Hub, the stake number is K0-403.558, the line is from east to west, and it is on the same line with the Ruian connection line of the Yongtaiwen Expressway double line. Form a double-layer layout of upper-level high-speed + lower-level ground road. The end point of the reconstruction is located on the west side of the intersection of Tangxia Avenue, connecting with the current 104 National Road, the end point is K7+097.197, and the total length of the route is about 7.501km. A total of 14 plane crossings and 528m/8 bridges have been set up.

The main line of the project is about 24.5 kilometers long from the Yongtai-Wenzhou line to the southwest of the Wenzhou ring. It adopts the two-way six-lane expressway standard in the Ministry of Highway Engineering Technical Standards (JTGB01-2014), and the width of the integral roadbed is 33.5m. The length of the line to the end point is about 12.7 kilometers. It adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100km/h and an integral subgrade width of 26m. 12m. Design load of bridges and culverts: highway-I grade; standard axle load of road surface: 100KN. Design flood frequency: 1/300 for extra-large bridges, 1/100 for other bridges, culverts and roadbeds. The ground road adopts two-way four-six-lane first-class highway taking into account urban roads, and the design speed is 40-80km/h.

Tender division

Section TJ01: The main line MYK0+000~MYK6+780, the subgrade, bridges and culverts, inter-connection works and restoration and construction of the ground road under the viaduct within the total length of 6.78km, corresponding to the main line stakes K0-403.558~K7+097.197, etc. are completed. , Defect liability period defect repair and warranty period warranty liability, the main structures include bridges of 12750.636 meters / 19, Ruian East Hub main line bridge of 739.845 meters / 1, ramp bridges of 4145.343 meters / 6, Yongtaiwen in operation on the upper span Expressway double-track, Yongtai-Wenzhou double-track 701m/2 wide bridges, 1321m/1 Binhai Avenue interchange main bridge, 1770.448m/7 ramp bridges, etc. For the specific number of works, please refer to the bill of quantities, and the estimated construction and installation cost is about 2.213 billion yuan.

Section TJ02: Main line MYK6+780~MYK15+855, subgrades, bridges and culverts, tunnels, intercommunication works, horizontal and vertical adjustment of Ruifeng Line, excavation of Qiutan Tunnel of Ruifeng Line and Ruian Interchange Charges within a total length of about 9.075km The construction of the mountain on the north side of the station is completed, the defect repair during the defect liability period and the warranty liability during the warranty period. The main structures include 6572.962m/17 bridges, 4642.5m/3.5 tunnels, Ruian hub main line, Ruifeng line bridge 1108m/2 It spans the Yongtaiwen Expressway in operation, and builds the T and U ramps of the Ruifeng Line surface roads, excluding the expressway ramps and the Ruifeng Line surface roads R, S, V, and W ramps, and the Wenrui Expressway Interchange main line bridge 1483.813m/2 blocks, 2117.575m/8 ramp bridges, etc. For the specific number of works, please refer to the bill of quantities. The estimated construction and installation cost is about 1.965 billion yuan.

Section TJ03: The main line MYK17+490.141~MYK24+200, the construction of roadbeds, bridges and culverts and inter-connection works within a total length of about 6.71km is completed, defects are repaired during the defect liability period, and the warranty period is responsible for warranty liability. The main structures include bridges 7892.859 m/10 blocks, among which the right line of Feiyunjiang Bridge No. 1 is 1348 meters long. The superstructure adopts single-pylon cable-stayed bridge, variable section continuous box girder and prestressed concrete T beam; Feiyun River No. 2 Bridge has a total length of 2343.859 meters. The superstructure adopts variable-section continuous box girder and prestressed concrete T beam; Bishan Viaduct has a total length of 1,183 meters, and the upper structure adopts prestressed concrete T girder, and the cloud and surrounding areas are connected. 1.626 billion yuan

Section TJ04: The main line MYK24+200~MYK37+200.465, the construction of roadbeds, bridges and culverts, tunnels, intercommunication projects and lake-ridge connecting lines within a total length of about 13km is completed, defects are repaired during the defect liability period, and the warranty is responsible for the warranty period. The main structures include 15178.817m/24 bridges, of which the Taoshan Viaduct has a total length of 5438m, and the superstructure adopts variable section continuous box girder and prestressed concrete T beam; the Taoshan Viaduct has a total length of 712m, and the superstructure adopts prestressed concrete T beam; The total length of Mu No. 1 viaduct is 848 meters, and the upper structure adopts prestressed concrete T beam; the total length of Lumu No. 2 viaduct is 210 meters, and the upper structure adopts prestressed concrete T beam.
