On October 8, 2022, the second phase of ZhangGuizhuang Sewage Treatment Plant, invested and operated by China Railway Construction Development Group and constructed with the participation of China Railway 14th Bureau, officially started construction. This project is the largest single sewage treatment plant project implemented by the "TOT+BOT" mode in the domestic municipal field since 2020. It is the first stock sewage treatment project operated by the PPP model in Tianjin, and the first unicipal sewage treatment plant integrated with investment, construction and operation of China Railway Construction.

Optimize the maintenance of high energy consumption equipment in detail, which can reduce the equipment consumption and pharmaceutical consumption.
