The reconstruction project of Cambodian Highway 11 is an important achievement of the the Belt and Road jointly built by China and Cambodia, and also a key project of the upgrading plan of Cambodian road backbone network. It was praised by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen as "the achievement of Cambodia China friendly cooperation".

The reconstruction project of No. 11 Road was started in December 2017, accepted and put into use on June 17, 2020, and officially handed over to Cambodia on June 17, 2021. The project is located in the central part of Cambodia. It is a sub trunk line connecting the trunk line of Cambodian National Highway No. 1 and No. 7, running through Prey Veng Province and Tebon Temun Province. The total length of the road is 96.481km. The construction of the project has improved Cambodia's radial road network, improved the standard grade and overall traffic level of roads in central Cambodia, and solved the situation of traffic congestion in the region.

Since CRBC entered Cambodia in 2001, it has completed a total mileage of more than 2100 kilometers of roads and signed and implemented 24 infrastructure projects for people's livelihood. A number of key livelihood projects in Cambodia, such as Highway 6, 76, 11, 3, Shuijinghua New Bridge, and Gotong Bridge, have been completed. The first expressway in Cambodia - Jingang Expressway has been officially opened to traffic on November 9, 2022, opening Cambodia's "expressway era".
