The road surface reconstruction project in Shanxi Province of China adopts the government-social capital cooperation model (PPP model) and is implemented in the "BOT" mode of operation. The construction period is one year and the operation period is 20 years. The reconstruction scale of this project is 311 kilometers, involving 5 national and provincial trunk roads in Shouyang, Xiyang, Heshun, Zuoquan, Yushe, Taigu and Yuci in Jinzhong. The investment is about 930 million yuan, accounting for 17% of the province's investment in pavement reconstruction PPP projects in 2020.
