In order to promote the development of the rail transit industry chain in Fuzhou and create a green and healthy rail transit industry ecosystem, on July 19, 2023, Fuzhou Metro and CSCEC Strait signed a framework agreement in Minqing County. Taking the launch of Fuzhou Metro's second extension segment project and the investment attraction project of Fuzhou Metro's industrial prefabricated components as an opportunity, under the precise policy of Minqing County government, we will accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading and jointly create a new model of "central land+government enterprises" collaboration.

The second extension segment production line of Fuzhou Metro is an automatic assembly line integrating various processes such as concrete mixing, pouring, forming and curing, with an annual maximum capacity of more than 15000 rings.

In the morning of the same day, witnessed by Zhao Chunrong, head of Minqing County, Yang Jianguo, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Fuzhou Metro Group, and Chen Bin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of CSCEC Straits, Minqing County People's Government and Fuzhou Metro Industrial Co., Ltd. signed strategic cooperation agreements with CSCEC Science and Technology (Fuzhou) Co., Ltd. respectively.

Subsequently, the group went to China Construction Technology Fuzhou Company to visit the production process of subway segments, and had a detailed understanding of the layout of the production area, raw material stacking area, steel bar processing line, steam curing kiln, and testing and inspection area. During the visit, the guests fully affirmed the production and manufacturing capabilities as well as technological research and development capabilities of China Construction Technology Fuzhou Company.
