It is reported that Hainan will issue the "Hainan Province Comprehensive Three-dimensional Transportation Network Planning Outline" in 2024, complete the province's port and waterway layout planning and Yangpu Port, Haikou Port, Bazhao port and other port master planning and Sanya port planning revision, comprehensively strengthen the top-level layout of comprehensive transportation planning, and provide a solid foundation for the province's transportation infrastructure upgrading. Continue to accelerate the construction of Yangpu International Container Hub port expansion project, and complete the annual investment of 1.5 billion yuan by 2024. Promote the stable operation of Yangpu Port routes to 47, and strive to achieve new breakthroughs in container throughput at Yangpu Port. At the same time, the construction of the third phase of Ma Cun Port, Yangpu Port area 200,000-ton waterway expansion and other key projects began. Further release the dividend of shipping policies such as the "China Yangpu Port" register port and bonded oil filling, and continue to attract the concentration of shipping factors.

In 2024, Hainan will also promote the construction and opening of projects such as the special channel for the "second-tier port" centralized inspection area in the new port area and the extension of the G9812 expressway. Construction began on a number of key projects such as the expansion of the Dsanya section of the G98 Circum-island Expressway and the evacuation of external traffic in the Boao core area. We will accelerate the construction of key projects such as the Yangpu Shu-Hong Kong Expressway and the Circum-Xinying Bay Expressway.
