On February 19, 2024, Sichuan Road and Bridge announced that in order to promote the company's industrial development and expand the business scale of the clean energy sector, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Sichuan Shudao Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of photovoltaic projects.

This project includes two photovoltaic plots, 3 # and 7 #, in Yanyuan County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The construction period is 18 months, and the operation period is 25 years. The registered installed capacity is 680MW, and a 68MW/136MWh energy storage system will be constructed synchronously with the project itself. Among them, the No. 3 plot in Yanyuan County, Liangshan Prefecture has an installed capacity of 320MW. The 7 # plot in Yanyuan County, Liangshan Prefecture has an installed capacity of 360MW. Two new 220kV booster stations and lines will be built in each of the two plot sites, connecting to the Yanyuan Bailing 500kV substation. The total investment of the project is about 3.739 billion yuan.

This project is constructed according to the photovoltaic power generation operation mode, which will accumulate experience in photovoltaic power generation project construction and operation for Sichuan Road and Bridge, and further expand the company's clean energy installed capacity. This investment can deepen the company's expansion into the provincial market, contribute to the achievement of the company's "1+2" industrial layout strategic goals, and bring certain economic benefits to the company.
