With the spring breeze blowing in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, a new landmark building is about to go up. Recently, in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, a grand groundbreaking ceremony marked the official start of the Paeta Lumbassa River Bridge project undertaken by Chinese enterprises. The new bridge will not only become a transportation hub in the south of Phnom Penh City, but also symbolize the in-depth cooperation between China and Cambodia in the field of infrastructure.

Located in the south of Phnom Penh City, the project is expected to be 1650 meters long and is a magnificent bridge project. In terms of design, the bridge will adopt four lanes in both directions to meet the growing traffic demand. In addition, in order to take care of the motorcycle, which is a very common mode of transportation in Cambodia, two special motorcycle lanes have been set up. At the same time, considering the safety and convenience of pedestrians, the bridge will also be equipped with two spacious walkways.

The construction of the Paeta Lombassa River Bridge is not only a technical challenge, but also a vivid illustration of the friendship between the two countries. While ensuring the quality and safety of the project, Chinese companies are also actively communicating and cooperating with the local community to make the project a new model of China-Cambodia friendship.

In the near future, when the Pater Loong Pasar River Bridge stands on the Pasar River, it will not only be a major traffic road connecting Phnom Penh City's north and South, but also a bridge witnessing China-Cambodia friendship and cooperation. The completion of the bridge will further strengthen the exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in various fields such as economy and culture, and bring more benefits and opportunities to the two peoples. Let us look forward to this moment and cheer for the glorious future of China-Cambodia friendship. Editor/Xu Shengpeng
