On March 26, 2024, the construction of the Liangshan Gongfu Smart Logistics Industrial Park in Gushan Town, Yongkang City, with a total investment of 500 million yuan, began. This project is a new carrier for the vigorous development of modern logistics industry and the creation of regional transportation and logistics distribution centers in Yongkang City, Zhejiang Province. It is reported that the total land area of the Liangshan Gongfu Smart Logistics Industrial Park project is about 90 acres, with a total construction area of about 180000 square meters, including the e-commerce industry area, logistics warehousing area, and other ancillary supporting projects. Among them, the e-commerce industry zone will gather more than 50 e-commerce enterprises and provide employment opportunities for more than 2000 people; The logistics distribution center, sorting center, and transfer center are expected to have an annual express delivery volume of over 80 million pieces, with service coverage extending to surrounding areas such as Zhiying, Longshan, Xixi, Fangyan, Xiangzhu, and Tangxian. This project has played a positive role in optimizing the industrial structure in the northeast of Yongkang, improving the layout of the express logistics industry, and alleviating the traffic pressure in the urban area. While enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of Gushan's strong industrial town, it also drives mountainous towns to "unite and prosper together".

"Our goal is to build a new one-stop smart logistics park that integrates intelligent operation, efficient management, resource sharing, and green environmental protection, making it an important carrier to drive industry, employment, and common prosperity." The smart logistics industry park project that has started construction this time is jointly invested by Gushan Town Urban Investment and Construction Co., Ltd., Shiyaxia Street Village in Gushan Town, and Qiangcun Company in Zhoushan Town.
