On March 28, 2024, a highly anticipated green energy project - the Shenze 210 MW wind power phase I 100 MW general contracting project undertaken by Hebei Engineering Company - officially kicked off construction in Tiegan Town, Shenze County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. The launch of this project not only marks a solid step forward in China's development in the field of wind power, but also means that green energy will play a more important role in promoting sustainable local economic development.

The project is located in Tiegan Town, Shenze County, with a beautiful scenery. The first phase of the project has a wind turbine installed capacity of 100 megawatts. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, Hebei Engineering Company will install 20 advanced wind turbines with a single unit capacity of 5 megawatts here. These wind turbines will stand like green giants on the vast land, continuously providing clean and renewable energy to the local area.

At the same time, the project will also build a new 110 kV boosting station, which will be equipped with a 15MW/30MWh energy storage device, as well as a series of advanced distribution devices and auxiliary facilities. The construction of these facilities will greatly improve the operational efficiency and stability of wind farms, providing a more reliable and safe power supply to the local area.

After the project is completed, it is expected that the annual grid connected electricity will reach an astonishing 257 million kilowatt hours. This number not only demonstrates the strong power generation capacity of wind farms, but also indicates that it will have a positive impact on local energy supply. In addition, this project can save 74600 tons of standard coal for the country every year, reduce sulfur monoxide emissions by about 48.89 tons, nitrogen oxides by about 97.77 tons, carbon dioxide by about 239300 tons, and smoke by about 19.55 tons. Behind these emission reduction data is the enormous contribution of wind farms to environmental protection, and it is also an important manifestation of the continuous development of China's green energy industry.
