Recently, the grand opening ceremony of the China Construction Intelligent Cube Zibo High-tech Intelligent Port Project was held in Zibo High-tech Zone. The project was invested and constructed by China Construction International Investment Group Co., Ltd. and operated and managed by Shandong Klein Investment Management Co., Ltd. It is an electronic information industrial park with digital economic entity manufacturing as its core and technological innovation as its engine. This project is not only a key construction project for Shandong Province and Zibo City, but also carries the important mission of promoting regional industrial upgrading and technological innovation.

The investment in the first phase of the project is up to 500 million yuan, covering an area of 54 acres, with a total construction area of 42,000 square meters. The plan is to use stand-alone factories and R&D buildings as the main body, and is also equipped with supporting facilities such as a big data center, comprehensive exhibition center, catering center and talent apartments, aiming to provide one-stop service and support for settled enterprises.

The second phase of the project is planned to cover an area of 100 to 120 acres. The design is inspired by Beijing TEDA Technology Park and strives to create an ecological micro-environment integrating office, leisure and entertainment. By then, a series of single-family factories ranging from 1,500 to 3,500 square meters will be built to meet the needs of enterprises of different sizes.

China Construction·Intelligent Cube Zibo Hi-tech Intelligent Port Project takes intelligent, green and service-oriented development as its development orientation, focusing on the agglomeration and development of the new generation of electronic information industry.
