Recently, the groundbreaking ceremony of Meibi Avenue, a traffic improvement project in the Robot Valley area of Beijiao Town, Shunde District, Foshan City, was held grandly. This project is not only an important transportation link connecting Tanzhou Convention and Exhibition Center, Beijiao Central City and Robot Valley, but also a key factor in promoting the rapid development of Shunde District's robot intelligent manufacturing industry.

Meibi Avenue is located in Beijiao Town, Shunde District. Its starting point is connected to the existing Midea Avenue Tunnel, crosses the Tanzhou Waterway through the newly built Guangbi Bridge, and finally connects with Qunli Road. The total length of the project is 3.45 kilometers. It is designed as a two-way eight-lane road with a road width of 50 meters and a design speed of 60 kilometers per hour. It adopts first-class highway construction standards and takes into account urban road functions. The total investment of the entire project is expected to be approximately 800 million yuan, and the construction period will be 30 months.

As an important construction unit of the project, CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction of the pilot section of Meibi Avenue. The pilot section is approximately 0.788 kilometers long and covers roadbed, pavement, bridges, culverts, landscaping, integrated pipelines, power trenches, lighting facilities and traffic engineering facilities. The start of construction of this pilot section marks that the Meibi Avenue project has officially entered the substantive construction stage.

The construction of Meibi Avenue is not only an infrastructure project, but also a public support project. In the transportation network of Shunde District, Meibi Avenue connects the beautiful demonstration main street Midea Avenue and Qunli Road, becoming one of the backbone road networks of the Robot Valley area, a high-end industrial innovation gathering area in Beijiao Town. At the same time, it is also the economic and transportation artery connecting two Fortune 500 companies, and is expected to significantly shorten the travel time of these two companies.

After the completion of the project, it will significantly improve the transportation connectivity capabilities of the Robot Valley area, effectively improve the quality of life and living of citizens, and optimize the urban environment and investment environment.
