On June 25, 2024, Quanzhou City held a video link opening and completion event for major projects and key investment projects in the second quarter of the 2024 Project Excellence Year. The Nan'an Jomoo Intelligent Home Robot Industrial Park Project, Jinjiang Xintai Green Textile Intelligent Industrial Park and Industrial Chain Collaboration Project located in the Nanyi National High-tech Zone of Quanzhou participated in the video link and started construction in a centralized manner.

The Jomoo Intelligent Home Robot Industrial Park Project is located in the Nan'an area of the Nanyi High-tech Zone. It plans to invest 5.8 billion yuan and plan to use 330 acres of land. It plans to build three production transformation centers for global R&D, design, industry-university-research, and other three production transformation centers, two lighthouse factories for household robots and core components, and multiple sub-projects such as the industry high-end talent community. After the project is completed, it is expected to have annual sales of more than 20 billion yuan, annual tax revenue of more than 1 billion yuan, and provide more than 6,500 jobs.

The Xintai Green Textile Intelligent Industrial Park and Industrial Chain Collaboration Project is located in the Jinjiang area of the Nanyi High-tech Zone. It plans to invest 6 billion yuan, plan to use 600 acres of land, and have a total construction area of 602,000 square meters. The project will be led by Xintai Green Textile Intelligent Production Project, gather industrial chain innovation and upgrading projects, strive to create a digital and green development benchmark for the textile industry, and lead the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry.

The implementation of the two industrial park projects will be committed to building a new highland for the development of smart bathroom and textile and clothing industries, drive the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industries, and strengthen new support and provide new momentum for the Nanyi High-tech Zone to create a new quality productivity source.Editor/Zhao E
