On July 26, in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, Yunnan Energy International (Laos) New Energy Company, a subsidiary of the Group, signed a cooperation development agreement for the Kammounse Bangfei photovoltaic power generation project with the Lao government.

The Khammouane Sebangfi photovoltaic project is an important project for the Group to help Laos’ Khammouang Province further leverage its natural conditions, optimize the regional power supply structure, and serve to meet the growing local power demand. It is also an important project for China and Laos to comply with the global green and low-carbon development trend. , an important practice that focuses on promoting the development of renewable energy.

The Laos Kammun Sepang Phi photovoltaic power generation project is located in Nonhang Village, Tak County, Khammouane Province and Nongphang Village, Sepang Phi County. The planned capacity of the first phase is 50.1 MW, with an energy storage capacity of 10 MWh, and a total investment of approximately US$37.69 million.
