The second phase of the urban renewal project in Boya Area in Qiongshan District has officially kicked off construction, which is located in the Binjiang West Road area and has a huge total investment scale of about 3.2 billion yuan. The project covers a wide area, with an updated area of about 170.63 acres and a planned total construction area of 310,000 square meters, aiming to create a comprehensive modern living community.

The core construction of the project covers a variety of residential and public facilities: 7 resettlement houses and 10 market-oriented commercial houses are carefully designed, providing a total of 1,164 families with warm living space. In addition, the project also focuses on improving the quality of life of residents, supporting the construction of a wealth of public service facilities, including public green space, large shopping malls, convenient vegetable markets, cultural activity stations, day care centers for the elderly, and community health service stations, etc., to meet the daily needs and leisure and entertainment of residents in an all-round way.
