In the field of bilateral practical cooperation between China and Russia, the statement proposes eight actions:

Trade: Mutual supply of basic materials, mineral resources and agricultural products, etc., to promote the steady development of bilateral trade and optimize the trade structure.

Investment Areas: The Sino-Russian Agreement on the Promotion and Reciprocal Protection of Investment has been signed, and a new version of the Outline of the Sino-Russian Investment Cooperation Plan has been promulgated.

The Sino-Russian "Joint Statement" proposed the transformation of the "Great Tumen Initiative" into an independent international organization, and relevant professionals believe that it has a great internal relationship with the previous Central Peripheral Work Conference in April.
