China Huadian Corporation Limited recently signed the "Design and Supply Contract for Coal Storage Yard (Section 3) and Long Distance Conveyor System (Section 5)" and the "Construction Contract for Coal Storage Yard (Section 3) and Long Distance Conveyor System (Section 5)" with PT Sembada Makmur Sejahtera of Indonesia. The total amount of the two contracts is 2.516 billion yuan, and the project is planned to have coal transportation conditions by July 30, 2027.

In addition, the two parties also signed a framework agreement for the operation and maintenance of the Nusaraya project coal yard (Section 3) and long-distance transportation system (Section 5), with an agreement amount of approximately 3.051 billion yuan. According to the agreement, China Huadian Technology&Industry Co., Ltd. will provide 12 years of operation and maintenance services to the owner after the project is completed and accepted, and adopt a yearly settlement method.

This project not only sets a record for the highest single contract amount of China Huadian Technology&Industry Co., Ltd., but also creates a new business model for the company's international business of EPC+OM (engineering general contracting+operation and maintenance).
