Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Jinxiang Sairui Chemical Co., Ltd. officially signed the EPC general contracting contract for Jinxiang Indonesia Chemical Project in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. This project is one of the large-scale chemical projects undertaken by Chinese enterprises in Indonesia in recent years.

The project is located in Jinshi County, East Java Province, Indonesia, with a planned total investment of approximately 4.2 billion yuan, and will be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project has an investment of 2.137 billion yuan, and the construction includes the front area of the factory, production facilities, storage and transportation engineering, and supporting public works. After the project is fully completed, it will form a comprehensive production capacity of 120000 tons of melamine, 150000 tons of nitric acid, 200000 tons of ammonium nitrate, 300000 tons of synthetic ammonia, and 500000 tons of urea per year.
