With the commencement of construction activities for the new display industry park in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, the Huike full-color M-LED new display chip base project with a total investment of up to 10 billion yuan has officially started construction. The implementation of this major project not only injects strong new momentum into the industrial development of Nanchong City, but also marks a crucial progress in the strategic production capacity layout of Huike Corporation nationwide.

It is reported that the overall design of the project has a monthly production capacity of one million pieces and will be constructed in three phases. The investment in the first phase of the project, which started construction first, is particularly crucial. The plan is to build a standardized factory with an area of 134000 square meters. The core construction content includes the main factory for epitaxial growth and chip manufacturing, as well as complete power and living facilities. The monthly production capacity of the first phase design is 150000 pieces, and the target timetable for achieving production in June 2026 has been specified.

He Huailiang, Vice President of Huike Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Nanchong Huike Xinjing Display Technology Co., Ltd., stated at the construction site that the base will fully cover the core links of the Mini/Micro LED industry chain, such as RGB epitaxy, chips, and packaging. After the full completion of the project, it is expected to create a large number of job opportunities, fundamentally filling the industrial gap in the high-end chip manufacturing field in Nanchong. With its strong leading traction, it will attract high-quality upstream and downstream enterprises to gather, form a coordinated development industrial cluster, and help promote Nanchong's growth into an important pole of the national display chip industry.

It is worth noting that this billion dollar project in Nanchong is an important part of Huike Group's series of investments within the year. Looking back at the first half of this year, Huike has successively launched three key projects: Mianyang Mini LED Phase I, Changsha Module and Complete Machine, and Dongguan Flat Panel Display Phase II, with a total investment of 14.76 billion yuan.
