Recently, the National Energy Administration issued a notice on publicizing the first batch of hydrogen energy pilot projects in the energy sector, intending to support 41 projects and 9 regions across the country to carry out pilot projects. The successful selection of two projects, Jilin Zhongneng Jiansongyuan Green Hydrogen Ammonia Alcohol Project and Heilongjiang Shuangyashan Biological Production Green Methanol and Green Aviation Coal Integration Phase I Project, invested and constructed by China Energy Construction, demonstrates China Energy Construction's leading technological strength and system solution capability in the field of hydrogen energy.  

The hydrogen energy pilot work is organized and carried out by the National Energy Administration, aiming to explore new models for the development of the hydrogen energy industry through diversified paths, promote innovation in the entire chain of hydrogen energy production, storage, transportation, and use, and form replicable and promotable experiences.

The Jilin Zhongneng Jiansongyuan Green Hydrogen Ammonia Alcohol Project is the world's largest integrated green hydrogen ammonia alcohol project. The project relies on the abundant wind and solar resources in Songyuan and adopts the "green electricity green hydrogen green ammonia/green alcohol" technology path. Through international leading technologies such as green electricity direct supply, green flexible synthesis of ammonia, and large-scale wind solar hydrogen storage ammonia alcohol integrated regulation, it achieves clean and efficient conversion of hydrogen energy. The project plans to construct 3 million kilowatts of new energy power generation in stages, and form an annual production capacity of 800000 tons of green synthetic ammonia and green methanol. The project has been selected as one of the first green and low-carbon advanced technology demonstration projects by the National Development and Reform Commission, the first green liquid fuel technology research and industrialization pilot project by the National Energy Administration, and the hydrogen energy pilot project in the energy field, becoming a benchmark for hydrogen energy application. The first phase is planned to be put into operation in the near future, which can produce 200000 tons of green ammonia and methanol annually.

The integrated project of bio production of green methanol and green aviation coal in Shuangyashan, Heilongjiang Province is the world's first 100000 ton wind solar hydrogen coupled biomass gasification sustainable aviation fuel demonstration project. It plans to build an annual output of 100000 tons of green aviation fuel project, including the construction and operation of one green aviation fuel factory, four biomass pretreatment factories integrating distributed wind power and photovoltaics, centralized off grid wind power stations, centralized off grid photovoltaic power stations, hydrogen production stations, supporting public auxiliary production facilities, and the consolidation and management of centralized grid connected wind power stations. The project fully utilizes the abundant agricultural biomass resources in Shuangyashan, focuses on the coupling innovation of biomass energy and hydrogen energy, and constructs an integrated industrial chain of "biomass green hydrogen green liquid fuel". Through biomass gasification and green hydrogen coupling, it produces green methanol and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), promoting the low-carbon transformation of the aviation transportation industry.
