Recently, China Construction First Group Corporation (CCFG), Iraq's AL Omniyat Company, and Metaform Design Company held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Beijing. Miao Liangtian, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of CCFG; Hassan Waqeel, Chairman of AL Omniyat Company; and Mohamed Al Jubouri, Senior Partner of Metaform Design Company, attended the event and signed the cooperation agreements. This collaboration marks a new phase of cooperation between the three parties in the field of urban construction in Iraq.

Miao Liangtian stated that CCFG consistently adheres to an international development strategy and actively participates in the Belt and Road Initiative. He noted that AL Omniyat Company, as a well-known Iraqi enterprise, holds significant advantages in the local market, while Metaform Design Company possesses extensive experience in international project design and innovation. He expressed the expectation that the three parties, through complementary advantages, would conduct in-depth cooperation in areas such as high-end residential buildings and smart communities, contributing to urban development in Iraq.

Hassan Waqeel pointed out that AL Omniyat Company's business covers investment, real estate, education, and other sectors. He stated that he hopes this cooperation will fully leverage the strengths of all parties, achieve breakthroughs in green building and intelligent construction, and jointly create high-quality urban living spaces.

Mohamed Al Jubouri said that Metaform Design Company will leverage its international design concepts and professional expertise to provide innovative design solutions for the cooperative projects, helping to create architectural works that integrate both aesthetic value and practical functionality.

The signing covered both project cooperation and strategic cooperation levels. According to the agreements, the three parties will engage in comprehensive collaboration in architectural design, engineering construction, and other fields. Relevant responsible persons from CCFG's Overseas Business Department and the Third Company participated in the signing ceremony.

This cooperation is a significant move by CCFG to deepen its international market layout.
