On the morning of November 20, 2025, the People's Government of Tongde County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, and China General Nuclear Qinghai New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. successfully held a signing ceremony for a new energy project cooperation agreement in Xining. The 1.2 million kilowatt wind power project signed this time is one of the largest new energy development projects in Tongde County in recent years.
