On the morning of May 18, 2020, the May Ceremony of the Cangshan District Centralized Construction Project was held at the Cangshan Science and Technology Building.  Cangshan started a total of 25 projects including Jinshan Industrial Park Project A, Cangshan Science and Technology Creative Industry Center (Science and Technology Building), Zhanglan Bus Integrated Depot and Logistics Supporting Service Facilities, with a total investment of 15.268 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 63.65 100 million yuan, including 23 industrial projects, with a total investment of 14.49 billion yuan.

Cangshan Science and Technology Creative Industry Center (Science and Technology Building) is a key construction project in Cangshan District in 2020. The project is located on the west side of the connecting line of the southern section of the Gushan Bridge. The construction area is about 7 acres and the total construction area is 16459.96 square meters. R & D office area and 96 parking spaces are expected to be completed by the end of 2020.

The project of Zhanglan Bus Comprehensive Depot and Logistics Supporting Service Facilities covers an area of 6902.57 square meters (10.354 acres). It is planned to be constructed as a comprehensive depot integrating bus dispatching (including regional sub-dispatching centers), parking, car washing and management. Later, it will provide convenient transportation for the surrounding people.
