At the centralized signing ceremony for investment projects in Xiajiang County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, Zhenghui New Energy, as a key introduction project, officially signed the contract and launched its new round of production capacity layout. On the basis of the already put into operation unmanned aerial vehicle battery automation production line, the company plans to build a new base with a production capacity of 4GWh to actively respond to the continuous growth of market demand for high-energy density batteries, and further expand the application and landing in strategic fields such as low altitude economy and energy storage systems.

Signing ceremony launches new layout of production capacity

Zhong Hualin, Chairman of Zhenghui New Energy, stated that the company will build a new production base with a capacity of 4GWh on the basis of the already put into operation unmanned aerial vehicle battery automation production line. After full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 3 to 4 billion yuan and create 1200-1500 job opportunities for the local area. At the same time, the company will also establish a low altitude economic industry research institute based on the base, planning to introduce about 10 high-level R&D talents such as PhDs and 20 masters, and continue to promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading.  

Intelligent manufacturing creates a fully automated production line for the entire process

The newly planned 4GWh intelligent production base will be built based on a high standard intelligent manufacturing system, covering the entire automated production line from homogenization, coating, lamination to volumetric testing, and equipped with a clean production environment and intelligent management system. It is committed to building a fully traceable manufacturing system from raw materials to finished products, providing high consistency and high safety battery products for high-end scenarios such as drones and electric vehicles.  

It is reported that Zhenghui New Energy has achieved large-scale production of various products, including high rate polymer lithium-ion batteries and semi-solid state batteries, with an annual manufacturing capacity of 1GWh. The company was founded in 2020 and is a manufacturer of green and environmentally friendly polymer lithium-ion batteries and nickel hydrogen batteries that integrates research and development, production, and sales. It mainly produces high rate, high voltage, and high energy density green and environmentally friendly polymer lithium-ion batteries, nickel hydrogen batteries, and battery packs, which are used in cutting-edge high-tech electrical equipment such as remote control models and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Low altitude Economic Industry Research Institute empowers technological innovation

While expanding production capacity, Zhenghui New Energy places greater emphasis on technological innovation and talent cultivation. The company plans to establish a low altitude economic industry research institute based on the new base, and continue to promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading. This measure will provide sustained technological support for enterprises and inject new vitality into the development of China's low altitude economy industry. The company stated that through systematic integration and linkage control, the new production line will achieve stable, precise, and efficient operation of the production process. The entire line integrates four invention patents and over 20 utility model patents independently developed by Zhenghui Group. These technologies are mainly applied in core areas such as material systems, structural design, and process optimization, providing technical support for high consistency and long cycle life of battery products.  

This project will not only provide strong support for Zhenghui Group to expand its high-end drone power battery market, but also accumulate experience for future technological iteration and moving towards broader application scenarios.
