Build a high-level comprehensive intelligent computing center

The project is located on the east side of Zongbao 1st Road and the south side of Zongbao 3rd Street. It is invested and constructed by Fujian ZhiSuanfang Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan and a total land area of about 50 acres. The core goal of the project is to build a high standard artificial intelligence intelligent computing center that integrates data storage, computational analysis, and industry applications. Plan and configure a large-scale intelligent computing liquid cooled cabinet matrix and storage cabinet array, and build a diversified computing power cluster by equipping it with internationally leading high-performance AI servers. After the project is fully completed, it will achieve a computing power scale of up to 15000P (PetaFLOPS), and the second phase also plans to build a professional production line for computing power servers and inference all-in-one machines.

Steady progress in construction

According to the project construction party, the preliminary preparation work has been fully completed by July 2025, including engineering survey, construction drawing review, and key equipment entry. The project will officially enter the installation and civil construction phase in September 2025. At present, various basic projects are being steadily implemented according to plan. According to the current progress, the project is expected to complete the topping out of the main structure in June 2026. Subsequently, equipment installation, system integration, and full process debugging will be carried out from June to October of the same year, striving to complete acceptance and officially put into operation by October 2026.
